1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AFDV Marketing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AFDV Marketing provides digital marketing services specifically designed for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs). Our services include but are not limited to:

- Website Design and Development
- Google Ads Management
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain compliance with CICC regulations in your marketing
- Respond to requests for content approval in a timely manner
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by AFDV Marketing remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the materials for their business purposes.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements
- Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
- Late payments may result in service suspension
6. Limitation of Liability
AFDV Marketing provides marketing services and cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for:
- Changes in search engine algorithms
- Actions of third-party platforms
- Client compliance violations
- Indirect or consequential damages
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered through the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
